About Jimmy
After seven years in the NFL, Jimmy Garoppolo is one of the nation’s leading quarterbacks, racking up three Super Bowls during the course of his career. Before Jimmy’s draft into the NFL, he played college football at the Eastern Illinois University where he won the 2013 Walter Payton Award as the most outstanding offensive player in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision. His performance in college earned him national attention and he was drafted in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, where he racked up two Super Bowl wins before being traded to the San Francisco 49ers in the 2017 season. Here, Garoppolo soon earned the starting quarterback role and helped lead the 49ers to Super Bowl LIV the following year.
