Shipping & Delivery

TravisMathew offers complimentary standard shipping on domestic orders within Australia over $150. All orders under $150 have a flat rate of $10. Please note, we cannot ship goods to an address located outside of Australia.

We process all orders Monday-Friday and aim to have your product(s) dispatched within 3 business days and endeavour to deliver all products within 5-10 business days to the address specified by you during the checkout process. Please note extended delivery time applies for WA, NT and far north QLD.

Once your order has been picked and packed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track its delivery. If you have not received an email with tracking details, it just means we’re still packing your order and it’s yet to be dispatched from our warehouse.

If you are not home when the product(s) are delivered, our courier will either attempt delivery for the next business day OR will leave a card at your delivery address advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your parcel will then be available to collect from your nearest post office.

Once your parcel is set for delivery, you can opt for an Authority to Leave (ATL), where the parcel will be left at the driver’s discretion in a safe place without a signature. When selecting this option, you are accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of the product(s). TravisMathew highly recommends keeping the default option of a signature on delivery, as TravisMathew can not be held responsible for stolen or missing parcels as a result of the Authority to Leave option.
